not only do you have to be younger than 16 but your high school diploma has to be from the US, and you need to have resided in the US for at least 5 years before the enactment of this bill.
By the looks of things they are going to be pretty strict with the requirements but you would have to talk to a lawyer to see if there is a way

Are you guys sure that you have to have a HS diploma from a school in the US?

Will there be a guideline on documentations to prove an individual was here before 16th birthday?
How can we access to more specific break-downs for DA?

Well, yes, I am pretty much qualified things that you listed above, except I was 16 when I entered US (not through inspection).

I qualify for everything but the age. I even qualify for stuff that Dreamers have to do after conditional. I was wondering if DHS would have an mercy?
