Well guys i have a few questions about the new version of the DREAM Act, and I hope someone can help me.
First: What does exactly means conditional non-immigrant status? What kind of document do they give to you, a visa? I would be able to travel outside US with this conditional non-immigrant status ?
Second: Technical schools degrees count as (Institute of Higher Education) degrees, or just degrees from community colleges and Universities counts? I want to be a flight attendant, a degree to work in this counts as an (Institute of Higher Education) degree?
