travel from los angeles to seattle

what would be a safe way to get there, I've read negative stuff on here about greyhound and amtrak, does anybody know what bus serivce would be safe for me to take there?,being undocumented and all.

I plan to go to get a WA drivers license

Ohhh snap! Take the chinatown bus north. Transfer from chinatown to chinatown. Or hitch hike. Craigslist. Or airplane. Or got somewhere in WAs far from the border and take a taxi.

do you mean LA china town to SF china town to Oregon china town to WA china town?

If you have a valid passport, I would get on a plane. Those bus route are just not safe at all!

there are always risks involved flying, but a lot of people here on the forum fly with their passports, no visa and they have never had a problem. A TSA agent is just supposed to look at your name in your passport so it matches with your ticket. its up to you though.

i heard from two members said they drove up from CA to WA, and there is no problem with it...no checkpoint, or others. does any one drive there without any issue? please share your experience
