I like your list too. Murkowski and McCaskill are iffy but you never know. I don't see Manchin and hopefully he'll change his mind and say yey. I cant see any other republicans voting for it. Surely not McCain. His in the Tea Party now not the republican party lmao. ASSHOLE!
