Okay so the point is my dad being single found this lady and might get marry, she is a U.S. Permanent Resident but doesn't know English so she can't take the U.S. Citizenship test.

Okay so this are my options ( BTW I am turning 18 in 3 Days )

First, did you and your family Entered Without Inspection (EWI)?
If yes, then you can forget about doing all of that.

As long as you are under 21 year old, you can still get a derivative green-card via your father if he marries a USC / PR.

However, there will be a lot of questions and various complications in the interview.

The possible red flags that might make them question the marriage are: Is the lady a different race? Does she have a huge age difference with your father? How long did your father and the lady met before getting married? How long were you and your father illegal present in the U.S.?
