I might be typing out of rage here, but I feel like kraze101. Eff this place...after all the hard work, we don't get recognized for crap, might as well take my brains somewhere else where it's appreciated instead of waiting for old racist politicians to make up their minds about what they want to do with us

Truth is, I will either marry someone, or move somewhere else. I deffenetly wont wait for the next dream act.

The America of today isn't an appealing place to live in anyway. With the financial crisis, slow economic recovery, and a stronger Republican majority in Congress... I'll just go back home in Asia and relax on the paradise beaches instead of seeing these mf-ing old white men ruin young kid's futures.

Is your life back home so bad that you prefer to stay in the US as an illegal than being a proud citizen of your native country? For those with US college degrees, why not just return and join the rank of middle class with a professional career?

America in the 80s were worth staying illegally, but not the bankrupt America of 2010s whose best days are behind.
Quality of life isn't just about a job and a degree.

When you spend a great majority of time at your job and/or your job results in lasting physical/mental/financial ramifications; and your time/money/effort spent in earning a degree is wasted, I'd say it has a pretty great impact on your quality of life.
