Every school record in the country doesn't exist in a database, or we would have all been caught years ago.
What happens if he gets caught leaving?

I'm not antagonizing you, btw. I'm genuinely curious.

He gets banned. I mean he's already leaving, it's not like they would detain him when he's already leaving the country.

Find someone who is a us citizen with a car or permanent resident. Ask them to make a day trip or two into Mexico. Tell them to look at the "Border Crossing and Wait Times" website and find a very light crossing where there isn't lots of traffic, and it isn't hooked up to a major roadway. Let them drive in and see if the US is checking outbound traffic there.

For example, like I mentioned earlier, I know from one year ago that they weren't checking southbound out of Columbia Solidarity Bridge, but they were checking the main Laredo bridges. They just can't do southbound for every place.

Like here, you can find the border crossings with very little traffic and therefore less resources.

Be sure to do this more than once if you seriously considering this. Although checks are normally done randomly, at least on the Canadian borders. I lived in before Ohio and we would go to Canada several times to visit family, we got check probably 1:4 times.

If I am flying to europe, do they check as well? I doubt it personally but I figure I should ask.

I've heard of people that have gone to Europe, obtained a new eu passport, and tried to fly back to the US and they made it, yet I've also heard some people dont. Its about luck, maybe?

Yeah, I would have someone from the US drive me over. I live in California so we would just drive over.

Guys, just so you know people have been detained crossing the border into Mexico. I know some people on immigrate2us.net were crossing over to Juarez with their wives for the visa appointments that were detained. They even had an appointment letter from the consulate. It's not a common occurance, but still. It's recommended that if you are going to leave the US, that you fly instead of driving.

And as for sneaking out, good luck hiding the fact that you were in the US. When you apply for residency or even just a visa to come to the US, the consulate asks for tons of proof. If you grew up in the US, where are you going to get school records, medical records, etc? And it's not as easy as it used to be to falsify documents in Mexico as it used to be. They do keep records, believe it or not. Right now, my mom is in Mexico having trouble getting her credencial de elector because of some wrong information she accidently gave them back in the 80s.

Oh, and if you are caught lying or giving the US government false docs/info, you'll be banned for life for misrepresentation.

No no. I am not talking about Mexican patrols. They really don't care.

I am talking about US patrols that check you thoroughly even when you go out. My uncle does the medical missions to Mexico and he goes there once in every 2 months and he says the inspection of going out is still thorough.

Now if you are talking about coyote or backdoor way, that is a different story. But there is a possible outcome that coyote could swindle you and leave you busted.

I am not lying. I heard many stories like this.
You may reapply but they will likely find your info or request either directly or indirectly. Most of us graduated HS and college here. How are you gonna lie about it? I am sure there will be blanks that ask "Have you ever been to the US before?" And are you gonna pretend you didn't?
Now, it becomes very subjective depending on who reads and pass or fail the applications. But it is common sense that people who read will likely be trained that they reject any applications that look suspicious.

Thank you. I heard many cases about ban either online or personally and they pretty all agreed that once you got banned, their application could not go through again. How did they get in here and how did they talk to us? They sneaked in by paying several grands to the coyote.

So now if you want to leave it is suddenly a crime and you get detained lol
