I just got accepted. I'm getting $25,000 from merit grants, but I still have to pay the other $25,000. I don't have a sponsor to get a loan. Would it be good if I called them and said that I was undocumented? I can't drive there because it's 12 hours away.

If you tell them you're undocumented, they'll probably just cross you off their list. My sister got into medical school but when they found out she was illegal they booted her out ; /

Why didn't you indicate that you were undocumented in your application?

How? There's no option. I applied as an international student pretty much.

Anyone? Please?

Would it be ok if I sent them a letter telling them I'm undocumented, or would I get reported?

You mention it in the "additional information" section of the Common Application.

I'm not sure what'll happen now that they've accepted you thinking that you're simply an international student, but who knows. There's no option other than simply telling them that you are an undocumented immigrant student now, so you might as well do it.

What if they report me? I don't want me and my family to get deported because of me. Ugh this is so embarrassing.

You are expected to pay the rest, if you can't then you won't be able to go.
However, call them to see if there is anything they can do.

They won't report you. The worst that can happen is revoking of your admissions, but I doubt that will happen as well. Most likely what will happen is that either they will revoke your merit grants or deem that you are still eligible for them. Regardless, I think you must tell them.
