lol H.R. 5821 IS NOT the DREAM Act. The DREAM Act was placed as an amendment to H.R. 5821. The house Amended the bill by including the DREAM act; however, because they made a change the Senate had to approve, also.

The DREAM Act didn't pass 17 days ago without our knowing =P

unfortunately it is. HR 5281 is not the Dream Act. DA was attached as an amendment. When they did that it had to pass the house and senate again. Since it failed to pass the senate yesterday the bill as a whole failed to advance. Sorry it is unbelievably disappointing but we all have to face it. There is a fine line between keeping hope alive and being naive. DA or CIR will not become an issue for a while. Personally, if the DA ever does come back up for debate and by some miracle passes i will most likely age out any way, so im going back to Mexico. Not sure if the is the best option but its the only one I've got.

sinning out, best of luck to all you Dreamers.
