Is it safe if I drive from TX to Idaho. in a car.

What would happen if I went with my cousin who is a USC and He drives and I just go for the ride. Will They take his car if We meet ICE Agents.

What Happens if by some chance My Cousin gets pulled over while driving on the way to Idaho. He is a USC by I am not. SHould I Even risk having him Drive me to Idaho. What are the chances of me being Deported, Lastly I am under the 245i does that make any difference since i am still on hold until my family can petition for me

We have driven from OH to TX and NC to TX multiple times. Never had an issue.

Does your cousin have a valid license?

We drove from NYC to New Mexico with no problems. As long as you drive safely, everything will be ok.

Do be careful though of the border patrol stations.. I am not sure if they have them on your route, but i did encounter one when i was on my from TX to CA, i got lucky and they just let us pass, but it could have been the end of my life here. So please just be careful.

You will be fine as long as you are not the one driving. Let your USC friend drive. Just don't go through Arizona. I have traveled throughout US and never had problems. You are worrying about this too much.

Exactly. If you were pulled over, for say speeding, your cousin would get a ticket and that is all.

If you're driving, drive a few hours north then west, not west then north. My sister (USC) has driven from TX to NM and she says that they encountered 2-3 immigration checkpoints on the way to NM.
