If you don't have a high school ID then thats a issue. All HS should provide you with one if you can get one from your foreign national id.

You can get your school counselor to fill out an "I.D" form on school stationery that has your pic and a raised letterhead of the school crest. Both of you sign it and it works. My school is out in the boondocks (800 students) so we don't get I.D. cards and I get along quite well with the counselorI've used mine for ACT and SAT subject tests and it's good for a year.Hope this helps.

Man i still find these kind of threads depressing. A simple task of takings the sat or act is sometimes a hassle. I took the sats like 6 years ago and i know what you are going through. You want do well on the test, but at the same time you worried about the id situation.
I used my school id, but if you don't have that then try using your passport.

Good luck figuring out the id situation. I'm sure you need no luck with the sat part

you guys want to hear something funny?
i live in nys, and a girl that i know received her SSN when she was not eligible for SSN
by telling SSA that she needed SSN because she needed for SAT Test to fill in SSN field. and yea she received it before any of her family did.
this was before 911 of course at some country suburb in nys.

what a lucky girl, now she adjusted her status, and she still has her SSN.

Thank you to all those who provided me with advise. I will ask my school counselor if the school can provide me with a school photo ID. I'm just a bit apprehensive if they ask me why cant i used a state issued id or drivers license. Also, edgar 3 aguilas, what did your counselor ask you to provide in order to get that school id or did she just gave it to you? thanks again.
