I don't I think we are all illegals and should be dealt the same by law. I just hope DA_USER PAKI gets deported.

I absolutely think overstays should be allowed an easier path for this reason. Overstays at least came here legally. Overstays come here legal and then become illegal while EWI's are illegal all their time being here. The government also thinks like this because for this same reason is that EWI's have to go back to their respective countries even if they marry a citizen (unless the hardship rule which rarely happens) while overstays are allowed to adjust their statuses without going back to their home countries. So this is why overstays should and will have a easier path towards citizenship.

I am not favoring one to another though.

BUT if one came KNOWING they are going to be breaking the law then i guess thats a bit more serious. but i dont know thats kind of messed up they should still be able to fix their status somehow? WHY do you ask this DA user? is this important in any way to the dream act? or are you just trying to start some shit you dipshit
I just want to hear others opinion.

Either way, both are qualified for DA.
