What about when applying for a job... let's say... NOT under the table. What if they asked to look at the visa when looking at your foreign passport?

you can't get a job "over" the table obviously. This thread is just for getting into clubs, movies , other things that would require an ID such as liquor and cigarettes.

side note: please don't use it as an ID if an immigration officers is looking for legal documents and you don't have any. No offense, your lack of common sense disturbs me.

I've used my Portuguese passport (most of the time I just use the portuguese national id card and it works the same) at clubs, bars, casinos etc. It works fine 99% of the time. The 1% of the time is when you have a bartender that is an absolute prick.

School IDs are useless if they don't show an age.
