Wow...

Always been against marijuana, hate the smell, and what it does to many people who can't control their weed. But I assume you can buy all those "materials" with a foreign passport. And as far as I know, many people use their passports to get into clubs, some let them and some don't.

i'd feel EXTREMELY akward showing up to a club with my passport in hand. Even using my passport to prove my age anywhere. It just feels...inconvinient. anyways, MJ dreamer i think your consulate card should work for buying cigarretes if its at a liqour or corner store you know? For clubs i believe your college i.d should work or slip an extra 20 in the bouncers pocket lol dude why are you asking this? Just find out for yourself if it works or not. Unecessary post bro

I've bought alcohol and cigarettes on many occasions using my matricula. However, you can't do it at places that swipe your card; at least here in California. I've also been to bars using it. I've gotten denied entrance at one place. I've never tried clubs, but I don't see why they wouldn't take it.

So, it's hit and miss. Just try it out and see what happens. The worst thing that can happen is them saying no.

This isn't really related to the Dream Act, but is related the lifestyle of a person without documentation and therefore relevant to this forum. However, you could have easily just tried it yourself as someone else pointed out.

Good luck.
