The republicans think that credit programs mean communism...

They are wrong. They are wrong because credit programs that help entrepreneurship is not communism.

Such legislation only helps individuals who want to create jobs don't have enough resources to create industries that create jobs in the private sectors.

Communism is when the government owns the corporations, communism is when the government owns the businesses. When the government helps those entrepreneurs, such government is a good government, because then they can tax the employees and the employers and help balance the budget.

The congress should focus on passing such legislation, and should focus on how they can help individuals to create jobs.

Long live the U.S. and their great American style of living.

Can you really use the words "republicans" and "thinking" in the same sentence?
Getting a loan for starting a business is at the foundation of free market economy. Opposing it IS the true communism.
However, I don't see how this relates to the DREAM Act...
