Ok then what is the point of this website, to just say its going to fail? I say there is a solution to everything except when your deal with death.

they probably agreed to filibuster less in the senate because they know dems are gonna have a really tough time passing anything in the house, so technically republicans can still block anything they want, its just now they wont get half the negative press they were getting for filibustering everything

Well senate might pass (i say around 35% chance) however the biggest problem will be the Fuhrer of the house.

Don't you think you're exaggerating a little too much. You're telling me that we were short ONLY 5 votes in the senate just about a month ago and we have absolutely zero chance for the next two years? Republicans may have won the house over but the fact is that they can not continue obstructing bills because clearly the public is in favor of immigration reform. If they continue filibustering bills, they risk losing immigrant community votes such as those from the hispanic community of America.

I said that have no hope for it in near future. They have to pass something sometime but, I don't see it coming before 2012. If Graham and Mcacin come back in suport of it then YES absulutly have good chances of passing b/c we all know them two are equal to whole GOP. So i would say try to get them two first and will talk abt passing it later on.

"later on" wow, that sounds gratifying. I mean our cause is obviously justifiable enough to get the thing passed now. We deserve greater attention and consideration!
