Who has been successful in having their employer sponser them? I am covered under 245-i so thats my best bet to fix my situation. What category were you filed under and what training (if necessary) did you put down?

Was your application approved and did you file before April 30th, 2001?

Under 245i, it doesn't matter if it was approved or denied, hes still covered if it was filed before April 30th, 2001. Stop trolling.
