I've actually been thinking about this a lot lately. Putting our immigration status to the side, what is the real meaning of life? In this society a good life tends to be characterized by someone who does really well in school, goes to a good college, gets a good job, somehow gives back to society and then has children who follow the same righteous path. I mean really what is the real purpose? to just continue this vicious circle until somehow the human race gets exterminated? Furthermore, several young people these days who I know have really good potential to follow that path decide to do drugs, drink alcohol and go on sex sprees. So looking at life for their perspective, is that what life is all about? Before you guys start making this a joke about religion I would really appreciate if i could hear your opinions about the true meaning of life.
