Dreamers are Overstays and EWI's.

Generally speaking that maybe true, unless one can prove 245i eligibility or mount a campaign with the USCIS director in that area to administratively approve the petition on US soil[very rare for the last one but it has happened].

Who is for trying to get the word out to allow this to happen? It doesn't affect me because I am leaving before I turn 18 but just wondering what you guys want so I can help support it.

Sounds like an excellent idea. Where do we start?

I think a law that will grant us student visas would be great. At least we can get driver's licenses, travel outside the country, and then have the chance to be sponsored once we finish our studies. And for those who have already finished their studies, they can simply be sponsored.

What can happen is that they extend the 245i date. It has been done numerous times before.

They can also take the 3/10 year ban removed.

Possible TPS?
