Can anyone recommend a good personal finance software?

Just like the title says...I'm looking to give my parents a recommendation on what is a good and trustable software that my dad could use to help organize the home income. In this economy, money is getting tight but we still have to survive. I've looked for suggestions on the web, but it was either not from forums and/or not trustable enough.

If you know of a good program please let me know!
