-The Washington driver license stuff in the lounge section

-Background check

Right on, afloo12345. What don't people understand about the word "illegal?" Over 50% of undocumented immigrants are overstays. It is not even a crime to overstay a visa. Entering the US without inspection is a rarely prosecuted misdemeanor that usually receives a $250 fine.

On the other hand, almost every American has done something "illegal." Failing to pay sales tax on your internet purchases or report your child's babysitting income is tax evasion which is a felony punishable by 5 years. Betting on sports or copying music are also felonies.

For example:
"Washington now does DL for undocumented students. I'm thinking of going there." is A OK
"Fake a document and bring it to them." is NOT OK
