Actually, I believe it does, since from what I know, one of the things that help you establish residency is a change of driver's license--I would assume this applies to dreamers and non-dreamers.

Anyways guys, don't forget you also need to pass the None For The Road test for people who are under 24, and wait for it to have it mailed to your New Mexico address. I don't know how hard it is for you guys to get a dl from WA, but it seems like they require less things.
