Do you have links?

Never-mind, found it myself.

So.... what else needs to be done to become law?

Dream Act passes in the Senate Executive Committee means that now goes for a Senate floor vote tomorrow. If passes, it will go to the IL House of Representatives, if passed there, it will go to the governor for his signature. Then it becomes law. This is a first but very important step forward. Go to icirr.org to take action and ask your rep to vote yes on it......sorry no real links, just what they update on their status

The IL Dream Act would create a fund for scholarships and establish a prepaid tuition program which I don't really understand. Don't schools already give you the option of a payment plan? I'm sure it's not establishing loans since they've been stressing that this bill would not cost the state of Illinois any money.

So if someone with this driving certificate was driving on a Sunday and got pulled over what would happen? would their driving privilege be taken away?
