How do you find jobs?
I have a really good resume as an undergraduate student
can someone PM me if they have a job position open in LA area?
or can someone PM me and explain how to get a job from craigslist?

Craiglist is a good resource to find jobs. Also check your local newspaper. There are a lot of jobs out there you just gotta search for them. I found my job trough craiglist and love it. I'm an ophthalmic assistant. You should be able to get a job since you say you have a good resume. Good luck!

^ Maybe word of mouth is what you need. Ask your family and friends to ask people they know in your trade. I'm about to get a response back from this guy after I sent him my resume. What field are you in?

Yes but how are you getting these jobs? Don't they ask for document like SS card or some sort of ID?

Try oDesk.com or elance.com. There's also fiverr.com where you can get paid $5 per gig like designing logo, typing jobs, etc.

Happy job hunting!

If you are expecting some kind of office job, you might be out of luck. Very few Dreamers will actually get one because of most of those of jobs do check for status.

I have an office job, to tell you the truth, it was hard to get. Took me quite a bit of time to get it actually because i would apply and apply and nothing, until i finally found one! If you stick to smaller dr offices or just any small office chances are they wont check you or they might be even willing to pay you cash, good luck!

Craigslist, local classifieds, and denifinitely keep your eyes open! I work at a pc repair shop now but I wouldn't even have known about the opening if I hadn't seen the sign on the building since they didn't advertise it in the paper or online.
