I am 30 years old, all my close friends are married except for two of us, he is getting married next month, I'll be the only single one after that, and I'm planning on keeping it that way for a long time, maybe 5 or 7 more years. I'm very happy being single, I can do whatever I want, I can sleep with whoever I want, and no one says shit to me, but sometimes I think that I might turn 40 and still be single, I do want to get married someday, but I just don't know when, what's your take on marriage?

Marriage is a beautiful thing brother.. I'm 24 and see your point. But sleeping around with any girl looses it's appeal after a while... I myself am tire of random hook ups but yet am not willing to settle down one because I'm poor as hell and want to become something before I settle down and two I have not found the right girl yet by that I mean one that is really hot..

30 years old huh that's scary man... There is no way in hell I will be a 30 year old dreamer...French foreign legion here I come..

I'll just say this, someone got married with the intent of obtaining a GC and she backed out out of fear when she learned about the fines/punishment lol. If you are already in love then do it, if you are not in love but someone's granting you the opportunity do it, if you have the money, do it. Just think about it this way, if you are going to self-deport or get deported if you get caught during the USCIS filing process it would still be a win-win situation. The ulterior significance of marriage goes beyond that of a legal contract, it's the bond that matters. As you mature even more and your definition of morality evolves in contrast to all the ridiculous bullshit laws that permeate our lives you'll regret not having done certain things in your life that could have saved you a lot of pain and time and even granted you with more opportunities to accomplish personal success.

Old?? What are you talking about, I'm 30 years young, I'm only 6 years older than you, enjoy the rest of your 20's because they go by fast. No, I'm not an ugly dude, actually I've gone out with some very good looking girls, who are not only good looking but girls which I would love to spend the rest of my life with because of how they are, but that is not what I want right now, stop living your life by other people's standards, you decide when it is time to get married, and you also decide when it is too late. Regarding your 30 yr old MILF friend, when can I meet her?

not trying to disrespect you or anything but not settling down and sleeping around with random women and thinking settling down means you will get yelled at every time you go out is a sign of immaturity and fear. not trying to say rush things and get married right away but stop thinking marriage is bad and sleeping around with women is good, thats just an excuse people make to say immaturity is fine.

What is the difference between "No" and "Never" in this poll.
