The lawyer has already started on that. My wife will be seeing a psychiatrist soon to make our extreme hardship case. the lawyer told me that the officials are more sympathetic to immigrants brought in as children. Also a new USCIS support branch opened up in Anaheim to handle cases specifically for CDJ, so I'm hoping for an even quicker case. I'm In Los Angeles
