Im sorry bro but you and the other guy that keeps saying that our parents made the choice to be here illegally, are completely dumb and very selfish. Idk how the relationship is with your parents but I love mines and I want them to be happy.

Count me in as a person that loves their mom and dad. I appreciate their sacrifice and hard work. Nothing would make me happier than to have them be legal residents with me. They deserve this every bit as much as I do.

My mom actually wants to leave. My Dad is the one that's goign to sh*t bricks if he's kicked out of the country. My Mom is a Doctor in the Philippines so she can just put up a practice or work for someone. My Dad, I think cheated his way through college with an Electrical Engineering degree and didn't even bother to take his board exam. Basically he's the reason I'm stuck in this predicament in the first place.

If E verify does pass, there's goign to be 4 of us that can support our parents easily. It's a far beneficial trade if you ask me.

Oh Please!!! All you guys sound ridiculous what are you 5 years old...

RC010 we are not dumb... Your dumb for thinking your parents didn't make the choice to come to America...

I love mine too but they did so much for me not to succeed...

To prove how right I am and how ridiculous you guys sound pardoning I guaranty if this passes you guys are going to be the first ones in line.. So please shut up! Your not fooling anybody not even your selves...

If you were true to your word you would not apply for the Dream Act.. But i'm just so sure you will apply that it just makes you guys seem so hypercritical and fake... So stop with your nonsense about you're mommy and daddy...

FYI we deserve to be mommy's and daddy's too so who's being selfish there...

So because you had a "bad childhood," you want US who love our parents and consider them the most hardworking people in the world to ditch them and get legalized for that? Not gonna happen. I'm 22 years old, independent, in school and I believe my dignity is far more important than getting papers. Imagine your life as a US citizen with the thought that you separated a son/daughter from his/her parents. This is ridiculous.

Yes, I would apply, but I will do anything to make sure E verify doesn't pass before a comprehensive immigration reform. And even after, I will lobby to make sure they can be here comfortably.

Erik1421 I don't believe in kicking a person while their down.. So here is what I want you to do... I want you to read over what you just said and realize how ridiculous you just made your self sound...

Can you do that for me please and by all means please re-post what you actually meant by that..

My quote stands correct... My parents sacrificed so much so that I could succeed!!! So any chance I get to succeed I will take it...

uhh What's your definition of choking the chicken???

Well my Dad never took his board exams so he was never really an engineer. He had a series of odds jobs which paid well and tried to get into business but failed. I believe, my mom was actually the one making money. Desperately wanting the American dream when he first visited here in 1992, he saved up money in an effort to move us all here to American without any real plan. Being the loyal wife my mom is she followed my dad's wishes and ambitions. My Dad is an abusive man with a God complex as well. To make a long story short VERY BAD IDEA. We should have moved to Canada or Australia but my ill informed Dad thought it was a stupid idea. My mom would probably be still a dentist and I'd probably be a spoiled brat attempting to follow her footsteps.
