health care in los angeles area

hey guys, ima be moving down to the los angeles area this fall for school and i was wondering where can i go to receive some health care services for free or at a reduced cost.
i have type 1 diabetes and its important for me to have a place to go to recieve care.

can anyone help me out and recommend a place, i would deeply appreciate it.
