After many requests of some of my fellow dreamers, I have decided to post this thread about "what seems" to be an option for all dreamers with AT LEAST A BS/BA. Although most dreamers would be able to obtain 20 points for Superior English and gather the minimum amount of points, 65, to obtain a permanent residence visa, my main concern is that those, including myself, who do not posses Recent Skilled Employment will not be able to lodge an online application and/or even a paper one. Please download and read the attached pdf and let me know what your thoughts are. READ THE FIRST PAGE UNDER Information About Elgibility Requirements.

Yes, it appears that there may be some "threshold" requirements that must be met before the points are tallied, one of them being work experience.

This isn't really that much different then from what it used to be. I remember looking into how to obtain an Australian work permit years ago, and essentially you had to have at least 5 years of work experience before they would even consider your application. While the threshold might have been lowered, according to this info it doesn't seem like meeting the points requirement alone will be enough, but maybe I'm wrong.

Credentialed Community language
Five points can also be claimed for those applicants who meet the requirements for credentialed community language.
