My step father has a valid ssn and a work permit. My mother works for cash. Bring on the e-verify, I'll just wait here.

Also note: EV will only fuck people working with fake ssn, if they have valid ssn (with work authorization or not, because the system only checks if name, dob and number match) they are fine, if they work for cash, they are fine.

Well this wouldn't effect my dad at all since he is naturalized while I'm still undocumented. If it pass I would be happy because it benefits me. However, I do feel sorry for those who's parents are not able to work legally.

Doesn't EV also check's a person status also? I thought its linked to DHS?

Are you under 21 or over? Either way, he can sponsor you.

I am 19 years old turing 20 on April 24 of next year. However, since my dad brought me here on a like a fake visa in 1999 when I was 7 he can't really sponsor for me they said i would have to go back to my Country... I hate the situation i'm in because of him...

When did you father become USC? Is that what a lawyer is telling you?

You could have actually avoided the ban if you left before turning 18 or maybe taken a 3 year ban.
