I think so too, guys. I'll be cautiously optimistic, but I highly doubt that it will be TPS. Don't get me wrong, that would be great, but I don't think Obama is going to want to give the antis any ammo just before the election.

i am willing to take fake hope right about now to keep me going....hence the placebo effect. reality will sink in a couple of days and i will be depressed again. and another fake hope will rise and instigate my stamina

Recess usually is a good time for administrative policy announcements. If in fact they announce something along this line, I have a hunch that the announcement may include something about the registry provision. My assumptions are based on Roxana Bacon's memo from july 2010. page 11.
