Not sure about a number, but in terms of a website, might this be what you're referring to?

You guys need to calm down. You could really get yourself in deep trouble. Remember, this is Obama, the man who has out-deported any other American president. I would not trust my life to him and the whims of the bureaucrats serving him--especially when they are ICE bureaucrats. Am I the only one who sees this is not a solution?

I called my attorney as soon as I read about this. I will keep you posted.

IMO this is the best thing that could happened while we continue to fight. Some say its a trap, but it is only a trap if we don't get even more vocal and pressure members of congress 10x more than before.

President Obama has always told us to pressure those who oppose it and now is that time. We are under an umbrella guys and we don't know for how long. We need to find shelter while we still can, and guys, we need to do it now. Dream act is our shelter and we are now a stronger force. More of us will come out of the shadows than ever before and we will win this fight.

exactly my thought, this is more of an opportunity to come out and put a lot more pressure than we have ever before with less worries.

Does anyone know if this applies to those currently in deportation proceedings or anyone can now go and reopen their case? The latter seems too good to be true.

It's funny that the memo was mentioned over a few months ago but I guess it takes time to get over one's fears.

It definitely depends but see for yourself the highlighted here.

In the civil immigration enforcement context, the term "prosecutorial discretion" applies to a
broad range of discretionary enforcement decisions, including but not limited to the
following:

•deciding to issue or cancel a notice of detainer;

•deciding to issue, reissue, serve, file, or cancel a Notice to Appear (NTA);

•focusing enforcement resources on particular administrative violations or conduct;

•deciding whom to stop, question, or arrest for an administrative violation;

•deciding whom to detain or to release on bond, supervision, personal recognizance, or other condition;

•seeking expedited removal or other forms of removal by means other than a formal removal proceeding in immigration court;

•settling or dismissing a proceeding;

•granting deferred action, granting parole, or staying a final order of removal;

•agreeing to voluntary departure, the withdrawal of an application for admission, or other action in lieu of obtaining a formal order of removal;

•pursuing an appeal;

•executing a removal order; and

•responding to or joining in a motion to reopen removal proceedings and to consider joining in a motion to grant relief or a benefit

Just wondering if anyone had any insight: What if you were granted Voluntary departure years ago and never complied because you we're too young to leave yourself? I believe the voluntary departure becomes a removal order after the departure date has passed. But the case is dismissed. Would this be grounds for "prosecutional discretion"?
