So if you have a deport order, you could reopen your case, and get it overturned?

According to the news your case will be reviewed and if you are a low-priority (no criminal history), they will closed your case.

You can then apply for work permit.

Are you sure? So say my case was closed 10 years ago. I can go now, reopen it, have it reviewed again, they see that I'm a Dream Act benefactor and they will let me have a work permit? Doesn't it seem like that's a huge loophole that can work for many of us?

So can we drive without worrying?

I doubt Obama is going to be impeached just because he issued this executive order.

It's not as if he is trying to do the following things!

- Privatize (personalize) Medicare Privatize social security
- Give massive unpaid tax brakes to millioners, Billioners and Big oil companies
- Pass voter I.D designed to limit the rights of minority voters
- Eliminate collective bargaining
- Defund plan parenthood
- take away money from the poor to give to the rich by not rasing taxes and cutting Programs
- Get rid of the EPA and Goverment agencys that keeps us safe
- Holding the Debt celing hostage and got down graded for not rasing taxes
- Bring the U.S government to a stand still and trying Repeal Health care
- Let wall street take advantage of regular people

Do i need to keep going?

I think Obama will get re-elected and the Dems might lose the Senate, But win back the house.

Immigration is not going to be the thing that gets him unelected.

The way i see it there are two sides that really,really,really pay attention to immigration .

The voters that have an irrational fear of the changing demographics and latino voters that are watching the persecution of their friends and family members. Most voters are too involved with their personal lives to care.

I see what you did there :P Silly republicans, them doing the following will cost them the House and maybe a few seats in the Senate.

What about those with perfect clean record like a Dreamer who never had a case?
