Dear fellow dreamers,
I am a dreamer from Korea who came to USA at the age of 14. I have recently become 27 years old and subject to mandatory military service in Korea. However if I go back, I can't come back to US for 10 years and if I don't go back, I am convicted as a draft dodger and my passport will be revocated. If dream act really passes and I am given opportunity to apply for green card, is this possible for me to apply for the card with previous passport?

Yes. This is also the case if you adjust status by marriage. If you overstayed, note that marriage is an option (potentially).
