Wachovia and capital one here. How do you open a credit union bank anyway? I had it at my previous job when I had papers, but I didn't open one. That was a huge mistake.

Most Credit Unions now only required that you are a resident of your state. So all you have to do is give them you address. I open my accounts with my ITIN and my WDL.

yes but it's a complicated process. I doing that process right now. I'm working with a small business program that lends me small amounts of money so I can invest on my business. After I make all the payments for a year I get a bigger loan. After that I can apply for a credit card.

So you have to find somebody who gets you in the credit records and then you need to build that credit record.
