My suggestion is inquire with a lawyer before you leave the country. Ask what is the best option for your situation. I do suggest getting married and seeing from there. Also, do go on immigrate2us.net for more information on this topic.

First, get married here in the USA,deliver the kid here in the USA...then afterwards..work on your papers.
