Sponsors for $$? I want some of those! As for taxes you're gonna have to pay what you owe. Your girl won't be penalized for marrying you, except for maybe lawyer fees and stuff

How would i full-fill these things ?
Joint Bank Statements

They can sponsor you if they are US citizens or LPR did you overstayed or EWI?

You dont need proof of taxes if you havent work.

Yes she can still apply for financial aids.. What they care about is income.

One request, please don't refer to getting married as "she's doing it to help me out". Besides the obvious legal issues, I think many of us know someone who was getting "helped out" and I personally have seen it blow up on people's face and ended very badly as 2 years is a long time and trust me on this, at 20, if you're not completely committed to each other, she will meet other people or lose interest, etc.

The are moral issues with this too but who am I to judge that.

I don't know much about the taxes, but if your sponsor's income is not (and I may be wrong on the figure) 125% of the poverty line, then you will need a sponsor. If your parents are USC/LPR and make that much, I believe they can. And yes, she can still get financial aid, though she may not receive as much since she is considered married.

I recommend talking to a lawyer, so they can explain the process to you and your girlfriend.

I also want to say that I get what you are saying, but right now I am in a community college, money is okay but i would never be able to afford to go to an university. I am tired of sitting with my arms crossed for a stupid law that is just a political game. Might as well try and succeed or try and fail , i don't honestly feel like i have anything to loose
