Pomona College in California. Their president says that anyone in US is treated the same regardless of status. So it's free if you get in.
Deep Spings - same as above
Ivy Leagues

I know that a student from Georgia was recently admitted to the Illinois Institute of Technology.

If you're a transfer, then only few schools will give lots of aid. I'm ready to transfer so I did some research and I got: amherst, oberlin, Grinnel, reed, usc, ivy leagues+stanford, claimant colleges, and northwestern. Northwestern and Grinnel are need aware though. If you're applying as freshman then the list gets bigger and you can add universities of Richmond and Rochester and washington and lee and many more. Just call admissions offices everywhere. Just know you won't get aid from any publics and Brandeis won't accept us; some privates off top of my head I've called before, rice, emory, Carnegie Mellon, vanderbilt, Georgetown, gwu, jhu won't give aid. Occidental and pepperdine has very competitive scholarships. Also university of Santa Clara has something going on but I forgot. Hope I helped. Good luck!!!!
