I believe it is the F.B.I that handles these situations. And to those saying that he's just trying to make a living blah blah, many of these guys don't just sell fake shit, but also are involved in other more serious crimes. Who knows you just might be funding a cartel somewhere. Food for thought.

well, I'm sorry that some had come off rude with their replies, but the point is that reporting this man...even if you had a legit way to do it...is a waste of time. Yes, it pissed you off, and yes it was $500, but the fact that it was sold at a flee market means that you are basically shopping at your own risk. They rarely take responsibility for their items at a place like that, and it would take so much more out of you to take some kind of legality over a fake perfume. Flea market is not a department store. Just make sure that in the future, NEVER cough up more than $100 for one item in a place like that, even they claim it's the real deal.
