I think those dreamers have forgotten how to read.

It says clearly, that you have to be living in California for the past 4 years.

So you can't just come over, and get a permit.

So, when will Californians vote on this? Did it even enter the ballot?

I am not sure, but I read somewhere that June 5 is the voting date? Am I correct?
