A lot of you guys sound like cowards. If this bill was to pass I would join without a doubt. I always wanted to go in the marines anyway and have a lot of friends in it. Some of you want the easy route by going to school well thats too easy in my view and I can speak because I have my associates and working on my bachelors (stem). Also some of you guys are saying well I'm going leave since nothing has changed... then do so don't just talk about it ...go back to your country and try your luck there but don't wait here if you aren't willing to sacrifize. You people gotta realize we aren't in no position to pick (beggars can't be choosers) and we gotta take and make the best out of whatever they offer because in reality we aren't entitled to nothing.

My sentiments exactly, we are in NO position to pick (beggars can't be choosers).
I would join in a heartbeat,(funny a little peice of me has always wanted to go) but I couldn't. Sadly I'm over 30 years old and I have a steel plate in my arm but i wouldn't care I would overlook that!!! This really sucks... Waited so long for almost nothing!!!

Exactly. And even Durbin's DREAM Act is being modified; the age limit is being lowered by five years last time it was voted on in congress?

Guys, this is a wonderful opportunity. We have to take it if it passes.

I Would Literally Cry If This Passed

1. Because It Would Help Many Of Us
2 .because It Would Leave Many Of Us Behind

But To Be Honest I Dont See Anything Better Coming.....

What about those who already have their Masters? After four years in the Military that degree will be worthless. Since when is education worthless? The DREAM Act has always had an eduction component.

Hell no! My pinky is worth more than joining a cause that I do not support let alone have anything to do with. I'm just saying I'm not about to give my life to a country that has constantly bashed us, humiliated us, and just plain doesn't want us.

Believe me I love living in the USA, but this just seems STUPID and SUICIDAL. I'm betting my chances on my my native country.

Just my two cents
