That depends on why she wants to end it, lol. If he was doing dirty things with the wrong girls,she is probally gonna give immigration his name and address and send them after him.

Since we're on the topic, does anyone know who is supposed to go into the interview with the immigration agent? I know the person who is filing for adjustment of status is, obviously, but I'm wondering if the spouse is required to be there also. Can your lawyer go in with you?

You both will be interview husband and wife you dont need an attorney because they CANNOT answer for you they will pretty much just sit there while you are being question and sometimes attorneys will charge you to go because you are taking their time.

Dont worry about the questions while sometimes they are simple questions other times itll be REALLY personal questions there is no way of knowing exactly, they are looking to match information and reactions to the questions from both the husband and wife.

They are known to ask if you had sex on your honeymoon, questions like that. So be ready

Depends of what kind of "history" youre talking about .. they really care more about proving your marriage is legit more than anything, be ready to answer questions about her family and she will answer about your family , also they will ask you about your family and their status alot of the agents here in San antonio office ask that DO NOT LIE nothing happens to your family they will not go after them or anything they are just getting you to see if you lie or not.
