Once again, you're living in La-La Land and giving all kinds of excuse for opposing it because it doesn't serve your self-interest.
Yea but they prepared for it enough to get in

and I prepared to get into college by studying hard

Those 90% that you mention obviously did not study hard enough to get into college, get scholarships, work hard enough

I'm opposed to this because it is diving us as a group of individuals that don't need to be divided because we are already weak

This is all politics right now, nothing more

We don't have to be divided. So why don't you come on over to our side?

if this bill were to pass, you have like 1.5 years to prepare from today (for it to be voted on and go into effect.)

I understand why you don't support the ARMs Act though.

You're still in high school and you still have 4 years to kill and wait for something to happen.

Those who graduated college or about to graduate are desperate and don't have any other options..

That's why MIDreamer doesn't support ARMs Act either because it's in his (and your) favor to wait at least 4 more years until Dream Act to hit congress again.

Cleary, the diff. in Dream Act (college part) vs. ARMs Act is College graduates vs. high schoolers (or older dreamers vs. younger dreamers)..

My opinion is slightly selfish because I don't want to join the Military at this point in my life, but there is also some selfishness in those who support the ARMS Act and can't seem to see why some would oppose it. I understand not everyone can afford to go to college while undocumented, but the DREAM Act would at least give you the choice to join the Military or enroll in college at the time of passage while being able to legally work and drive.
Whine whine whine, seriously dude? I dont care what my life goal is, i rather be in the military than be stuck at home wondering when the Senators will change their mind. This is pathetic and the majority of you guy's attitudes on here is fucking sad. Most of yall spend your hours feeling sorry for yourselves, im not and its pretty stupid to call us selfish when you're there OPPOSING people who have the fucking guts to join unlike your sorry ass.

I'm not whining. I'm tired of so many people on here acting like we don't deserve better. We did not commit any crime. We were brought here as children. That is the whole point of DREAM Act. Why are those that want to join the Military suddenly so much better than those who think education is more important? You are not doing yourselves any favors by calling those who don't want to join the Military cowards. Military isn't for me. It isn't for everyone. I can give back to this country by applying my degree.

And instead of wasting all your time trying to convince me and others not to oppose this legislation, start calling your senators.
