Some of you obviously do not have children.

If a mother loves her child, then under NO circumstance should her parental rights be terminated after she has served her jail time.

End of story.

And yes, if you are undocumented and in America you are doing better than many other ppl around the world. Sure you have to work around a lot of stuff (we do), but it is better than returning to your "home country". My husband is undocumented and he has accomplished so much without being a citizen.

my parents are not permanent residents . i am a dreamer just like everyone else here. with undocumented parents.
so what does being poor have to do with being a 'unfit mother'? you dont need money to be happy. Money DOES NOT buy happiness,. Shes his birth mother, she should be with him NO matter what.

nobody knows if the kid will be happy under the biological or foster care. foster parents might abuse the child but then again the biological parents might abuse the kid as well.

one thing that's for certain is that the kid won't be happy living undocumented. otherwise we wouldn't be fighting for DA right now.

just because someone give a birth to a kid doesn't mean that the kid is her property. sure, the mother would be happy with the kid but what about the kid's life? he sure as hell wouldn't want to be in our shoes right now.
