Yes, any visa overstay.

Once you overstay your visa, it doesn't matter. They are all "illegals."

true i heard new rules changes and i think i remember that about not going back to be reshaped, problem is with executive orders they usually just appear out of nowhere one day, i recommend waiting up atleast this year to see what happens if its between that and going back whats a few months more

Not true,Transit visa overstays,Crewman visa overstay and VWPs are not allowed to Adjust through US citizen immediate relatives if they overstay their allotted time in the US.
