The biometrics appointment came in about a month after the application was sent. BTW, the lounge allows talk relative to DREAM Act beneficiaries. I am a beneficiary, therefore my post in regards of a U Visa are in the appropriate forum.

Jorge Rodriguez-choi in Oakland. He graduated from Berkeley Boalt-Law school. I believe you will be able to call him up for a free phone consultation.

For me personally it's been really tough. Lots of moving from place to place. Depression has hit me hard at times. I have been missing school since I graduated from high school. I'm just hoping that we qualify for the visa , there is just lots of waiting involved.
