lol.....you guys crack me up sometimes.

There will be more drivers on the road.....if you didn't know, our numbers are increasing all over the world. Car manufacturers in the U.S are recovering because they are obviously selling more.

Gas prices will not affect Obama right now, but it might affect the economy if prices remain at 5 bucks or if they go higher. If the economy is affected by gas prices or the situation in Greece, you might see a decline in investments; thus, less jobs are created.

I hope the unemployment rate continues to go down at the current rate. If it does, we might see the DA pass within 2 years....maybe.

Three things to lookout for in 2013:

unemployment rate
potential war with Iran
Composition of congress

Cross your fingers....

only if the unemployment rate goes down at least 0.2% every month....I doubt it will but I'm thinking of leaving in July or around that time. We should know by then if the composition of congress will change in our favor.

Because when unemployment strikes we get liberal democratic representatives?

I think we have entered in a new era that will completely change the trends of politics and social behavior. Everything that happens from this point on will be unexpected. One thing you can expect is a loss of freedom of the people of the U.S. What comes after I'm not sure.

Yeah and Obama cancelled the pipeline, suspended offshore drilling, and his own energy secretary said he WANTS gas prices to go up. That's a far left position the nation doesn't share, and I think is lunacy.

In a perfect world, the dream act would have passed ten years ago. Also, I would be a famous movie star in a perfect world. In a perfect world, I'd be driving a ferrari with 2 dollar gas.

When unemployment strikes, both sides are unwilling to help immigrants. However, if the unemployment rate is low enough that some reps support the idea of legalizing immigrants, then the DA has a shot. Reps got voted out when the economy went down in 2007-8. Then Dems got slapped out of office in 2010 when no improvements were made on the economy and Obama care was passed. Now, if the economy improves neither side will be credited with the recovery because congress has been in a deadlock for the past 2 years. So what will happen? The composition of congress might not change much but both sides will be more willing to finally deal with the 12 million people living in the shadows.

Trust me, the DA will only pass if the unemployment rate is somewhere near 5%.

The last time we had a surplus, Clinton was president!!!!

He also had a surplus with Monica Lewinsky but that's a different story.
