Well i decided to talk to someone from the FSU to see if i had any change and here this is what they said :

Welcome to www.fullsail.com, Bobby will be right with you.
Bobby
Hi, welcome to Chat Live. My name is Bobby and I'll be happy to help you. But first, have you ever requested information or received mail from Full Sail before?
Jesus
yes i have
Jesus
i was just called a minute ago
Bobby
Excellent. To make sure our records are up-to-date, may I please have your complete mailing address, e-mail address, and current phone number?
Jesus
[mod edit]
Jesus
email : [mod edit]
Jesus
phone: [mod edit]
Bobby
Thank you for that information. How can I help you today?
Jesus
well here we go
Jesus
i don't know if you know what a dreamer is?
Bobby
Yes, I do.
Jesus
just to make sure we are in the same track
Jesus
is a student who was brought here as a kid and lacks of ss
Jesus
well that would be me and my question is can i still enroll in FSU?
Bobby
DO you a high school diploma or a GED?
Jesus
yes i do
Bobby
Are you a current US citizen?
Jesus
no
Bobby
No problem. All you would need to do would be to get a student visa. Are you wanting a campus or online degree?
Jesus
online
Bobby
OK then no worries.
Bobby
Applicants must submit the following to be considered for undergraduate admissions: 1) Completed enrollment application, 2) $75.00 application fee, 3) Official Final High School Transcript or GED test scores - GED must be approved by your state's Department of Education. One Letter of Recommendation is highly recommended, but not required. You should also have an informal interview, over the phone or in person, with an admissions representative at some point. There isn't a portfolio requirement for this degree program and neither the SAT's or ACT's are required.
Jesus
and that is the thing i live in the US, I came here with a tourist visa
Bobby
Has your Visa expired?
Jesus
yes
Jesus
when i was 15 years old
Jesus
i am now 19
Bobby
Ok, you will need to get that renewed to a student visa.
Jesus
well i cant
Jesus
because according to law i will be punish and get 10 year ban
Jesus
by that time it would be to late
Jesus
i need 1 minute be right back
Bobby
Ok.
Jesus
i am back sorry about that
Bobby
No worries
Jesus
so do you know what could i do?
Jesus
who could i talk to ?
Bobby
I don't think that you will be able to attend school with no viable visa.
Jesus
not even online?
Bobby
Not unless you pay the total amount of the degree. Without any financial assistance.
Jesus
well money isnt an issue for me
Jesus
how can i register if i am ask for a SS
Jesus
at least online registration form
Bobby
Yes, I was just about to say, that you need a visa id or a ss
Jesus
i have heard that you can talk to the people
Jesus
and tell them my case
Jesus
well
Jesus
i can talk to people
Jesus
do you know how can i contact with them?
Bobby
You can contact the University at 800-226-7625, but without a visa id or a ss, you will not be able to attend.
Jesus
sorry my english is bad. i only been here in the US for 5 years
Jesus

Bobby
Our international students have A1 student visa's.
Jesus

Bobby
Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Jesus

Is there a particular reason as to why you would rather attend Full Sail University over a public or private college that doesn't care about your status?

Full Sail University is a for-profit university, so I think they make their own policies and it's usually super hard to sway them as you would any other non-profit school.

FullSail is horrendously expensive. We're talking about $15k per semester. It is also only nationally accredited -- this means that your credits may not transfer to any regionally accredited institution (most "real" universities like private and state universities are regionally accredited).

Keep trying to get into some other university. You are, after all, talking about shelling out $80K for an education here.

For-profit school's degree is worth almost nothing, please reconsider your plan.

I would be very worried about declaring my self illegal like you just did in that interview. I mean, they have all sort of resources these days to track people, maybe you should be more carfeul who you are talking to.

It's a private university operating with a "for-profit" mentality since it doesn't receive funding from the state, but that's absolutely different from a university that issues stock and has shareholders that demand that a profit for them is made.
