Rubio's idea is just AMAZING! Brilliant man! (Sarcasm)

Im just amazed that this Freshman Latino Senator has came up with this breathtaking idea.....Just before election...

Rubio's IQ must be x 1 mil compared to other GOP's... Amazing that no other GOP senator proposed such a measure, or would even think of proposing for last several years. Rubio just woke up one day with this Holy Grail solution (Sure! no other GOP ever thought of this)

Ahhh the elections, lets promise/ or make it seem we promise the world, as long as we get elected/survive the election...

Same goes for Democrats, Senator Durbin seeing that his Dream Act has failed couple of times, should of gotten the idea that he needs to dramatically change it, but he keeps coming on the floor with these Dream Act stories, HELLO?! No GOP cares. He complains that he has worked on this issue for over 10yrs?!

Well i would change something in the bill drastically if i see it doesnt work for so long..Bottom line they are all crooks, liars, cowards! Working for their own interest, and the party.

To be honest, i would probably do the same for the salaries/perks they receive.

Lets see.... Im a Senator in a centrist/conservative state, i make 200k a year, in my heart i know its the right thing to do and support this thing, but if i support it i may lose my job and be voted out...Of course i vote no!

No wonder Trent Lott from Mississipi voted for Dream, Bennett didnt vote at first before his election, Hatch said no before his election etc etc etc

Token Black Guy = Not Another Teen Movie
Token Latino Guy= GOP Party/Rubio

Brilliant post. All DAPers must keep this in mind even though we are rallying behind Rubio's compromise right now. Don't get too carried away with this. There is DEFINITELY a political goal behind this bill but we can use this in our advantage. I really really hope the Democrats let this bill come up for a vote. Lets see how many of those GOP clowns vote for their own party's bill. Whatever happens, I really hope nobody on here is doubting DURBIN. That man is as credible as it gets. Regardless of whose Dream Act passes if it does miraculously pass, DURBIN is our main man and will deserve all the credit.

Again I've said this on many threads, but if you join the military even with a temporary GC, you can apply for Citizenship on your 1st day of active duty.

So its possible that if you join the military you could be come a citizen within a year.

Don't need another DA User around here, atleast put some input instead of throwing some statement out there.

Personally, I see this as a ploy and a lot of the members have already stated what should happen. Hopefully Dems put this up for vote. Let's see how far the rabbit hole goes with this bluff of a "proposal".
