I will most likely say 16-30 (emphasis added).

I wonder what the Miami Herald will do with my phone number. Maybe, I might get a call from Rubio, one of these days? I say so because I have not received a phone call from the Miami Herald--just, evidently, an e-mail asking me for my number.
Please do 16-30. I understand and I thank those OG dreamers but if we want to have everyone on board the ship will sink like another dreamer mentioned. It is something or nothing.

Dude, one more question: On the side of demanding the 16-30 age range, do you think that I should ask for a special clause for DREAMERS over 30 with college degrees?

I think that is a hard one that you might want to consult with a political analyst or the guys from the papers that you are planning to talk to. I would go for it but then again....Let's remember that we are dealing with CONSERVATIVES. Dudes that see anything as amnesty and as soon as we mention age 35 they will forget all the media coverage calling us "american kids/ teenagers" the first DA was introduced I believe 10 years ago which means the first generation should now be about 30 or close to 30. Lets make it 30 (period). Rubio is also trying to make this bill look as strict as possible and avoid any attacks from the media saying that he might be giving us a handout.

Yeah, you're right man. I think conservatives might say that we are trying to sneak in some "chain immigration" clauses or something . . . I gotcha man.

16-30 will be the age range.

Agree...as soon as "chain immigration" creeps up in their heads, it's all over.

Cross your fingers---THIS COULD BE IT!!

You sir have the right to stay illegal if that is your wish.

For the rest of us who want to move on with our lives and have a better future will support this bill to the end......rather till it passes

State your source. I hate pointless things like this posted without any single thing backing it up. The bill's not even out yet, so how the fk can you say all the Dems are against it? Unlike you, i know for a fact that Reid specifically stated that he's willing to comprimise with the Republicans.[

I think Rubio could sway the Tea Party house to vote for it, so I won't count it out yet.

I'm not getting excited about this... At all.

There's something fishy going on. Are they introducing this bill because they know the Democrats wont stand for us not getting a green card? This could easily be their strategy. Pretend like they care, know it's not going to pass, and get the votes for being the party that tried to do something for us.

I just can't get excited about this because I find it hard to believe that these bigots are really going to do something for us.

Clearly the Democrats haven't either, but they have put in effort on and off for the past 10 years. They can't do it alone, and that has caused them to fail, and yes I remember the 5 Democrats of December, but regardless, they have actually put forth the effort, more or less. At least more than the Republicans at least.

That being said, I would be thrilled regardless of which party passed it, but I have a really hard time believing that the Republicans actually want to pass this.

This feels like a game.

And we're playing along just like they want us to.

I'm praying that I'm wrong.
